The gallery contains original pictures from 1979 photographed at the University of Durham. Original pictures present Gamelan players and dancers of the Akademi Seni Karawitan Indonesia from Surakarta (ASKI), Indian Bharatanatyam dancer and Mongolian dancer.
The second part of the gallery displays Venetians dressed up in costumes, wearing masks during the Carnival, thus evoking the atmosphere of the Italian Renaissance and the Commedia dell’Arte, captured in 2014.
